Blood on the river Saraswati

Blood on the river Sarasvati brings to life events that may have occurred several thousand years ago, during early Vedic times. It draws on historical inferences in the Rig Veda and builds a fictional story around them. The first half of the story recreates the Hariyupiyah war, fought between three major Arya tribes. The second half of the story recounts how Divodasa conquered vast areas of Northern India and therefore can claim to be one of the earliest emperors anywhere in the world.
